The Holly Bush Inn in Winterley, Cheshire dates back over 150 years and has survived numerous trials and tribulations, more notably over the past century and a half...

In 2003 planning permission was sought after to have the Holly Bush reduced to rubble to make way for more housing...planning permission was stopped in its tracks after the Winterley Community campained against the proposal and in December of 2003, after the fire, Punch Taverns reopened the Holly Bush Inn.

In 2006 Rob and Rebecca Williams bought the lease and from that point on the 'Bush' began to thrive and blossom once more.  Stamping its mark within the Community and the surrounding area, Rob and Becks invested in a play area in July of '07 to ensure that Families were catered for within the large rear gardens.

In July of '09, taking their business one step further, Rob and Becks bought the 'Bush' from Punch Taverns making them a Freehold Public House and Restaurant.
A plan ensued after the buy out and Stage One has now been completed!  The Holly Bush has a new look and a new Head Chef in the guise of Lee Cooper...Read about him on our Meet The Team section.

Stage Two will be an extention of the Restaurant but no details have or will be made available yet...you will have to wait with bated breath for that!
